When I think of summer, my mind often goes to BBQ…. Cooking delicious food out on the grill while having fun outdoors with loved ones. BBQ isn’t just about meat though, it’s about the smoky, sweet and savory BBQ flavors!!

It’s not too hard to find a vegetarian version of BBQ for those who don’t eat meat & it tastes just as good, if not better! Meat or no meat, you can transport yourself to a lovely summer evening & enjoy the delicious flavors of BBQ with these recipes I’ve put together.

This little collection of vegetarian BBQ dishes are packed with flavor and are certain to satisfy everyone's appetite! Yum!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Makes: 8 Servings

This is a great bbq salsa to have on a beautiful summer day with the family or friends! You’ll love the smoky fire-roasted corn, fresh herbs and veggies and the addicting sweet and spicy BBQ salsa in this leveled-up snack. Serve with chips or even eat on its own!! 

Prep Time:  25 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Makes: 4 servings for the tacos, 4 servings for the bbq sauce

Have taco night on the grill! These vegetarian tacos are stuffed with a luscious bean & cheese filling,  cooked up super crispy then smothered in delicious jerk BBQ sauce! Sprinkle on some extra cheese & microgreens and serve alongside a creamy basil sauce to enjoy with each bite!

Meat or no meat, skewers are always a crowd pleaser! These are pretty simple, but taste so fantastic grilled. Add a flavorful sauce and some fresh microgreens for a great summer appetizer or side dish!

If you are looking for a hearty, vegetarian alternative to a meat sandwich, portobello is the way to go!
