Have an at-home fiesta with this tasty and fun broccamole recipe! . Ingredients: 1 cup chopped broccoli, steamed ½ fresh lime 2 large avocados, or 3 medium avocados ½ small red onion, diced 1 roma tomato, chopped 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tsp garlic powder Sea salt - to taste Ground pepper (optional) Instructions: Steam broccoli until tender and allow to cool In a food processor, add broccoli and process until very fine. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, and combine the broccoli with avocado mixture. Garnish with Hamama Hearty Broccoli microgreens and a bit more fresh cilantro Season with salt and pepper to taste Serve up with crunchy blue corn tortilla chips Tip!
