Recipe: Caprese Salad Mix

Try out Hamama’s new & exclusiveOlive Oil and Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar set! With this lovely appetizer, you just simply stack the ingredients together, add your Hamama Microgreens and drizzle the olive oil and vinegar over top! It’s delicious, super simple and healthy!

Ingredients:
- 1- 2 large, fresh mozzarella ball(s) cut into slices
- 2 large, fresh, garden-ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1-2 cups Hamama Kale or Broccoli Microgreens
- Hamama Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Hamama Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- On two plates, vertically stack a mozzarella slice, a tomato slice, and a small handful of Hamama microgreens, repeat with another stack of all three ingredients. Drizzle with Hamama olive oil and balsamic vinegar. sprinkle salt and freshly cracked pepper.
