Simply cook up some of your favorite pasta, mix the sauce ingredients together in a blender, toss together & serve! Ingredients: 12 oz angel hair pasta or pasta of choice Avocado Sauce: 2 large avocados ¼ cup vegetable broth ¼ cup olive oil ½ cup fresh basil leaves 2 tbsp lemon juice 5 garlic cloves ¼ cup cashew parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp ground pepper Garnish: Hamama microgreens Cashew parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add all of the remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. (taste and adjust as needed) When the pasta is ready, serve in a bowl with the avocado sauce and garnish with fresh microgreens, extra cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
