With just a few simple ingredients, it takes no time to make and it’s absolutely delicious! Ingredients 1 Fennel Bulb & Fronds (medium size) 1 Onion 1 bunch of Chard 1 Potato (medium size, chopped thin) 2 cups Water 1/4 cup Coconut Cream Salt and Pepper (to taste) Olive Oil Braggs Amino Acids (or tamari) for garnish Microgreens and Seeds for garnish (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds…) Instructions Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a hot pan and add the onion and fennel (plus fennel fronds). Cook until sauteed to your liking. Add the potato to the fennel and onion. Add the chard and 2 cups of water. Cook until all has sunk down and started simmering.
