The fennel creates a wonderful crunchy texture and the oranges provide a burst of delicious juiciness with each bite. Simply drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper and top with your favorite Hamama microgreens for the perfect quick salad. Ingredients: 1 fennel bulb, sliced finely 1 orange, peeled and sliced into chunks ½ cup Hamama microgreens, best with a mild variety like kale 2 tbsp fennel fronds, chopped 2 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Add the orange slices and fennel into a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add salt and pepper to taste. Add in your favorite Hamama microgreens, fennel fronds and serve!
