If you want to try something new with your microgreens, try dehydrating them into a powder that you can use to flavor your meals in the healthiest way! Just like garlic powder, this garlic greens powder tastes delicious on just about anything and will add a boost of nutrition. Win-Win! Give it a try!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Chop your garlic microgreens enough to be able to fit into your dehydrator and spread them out evenly. I used two layers of the dehydrator and took out the rest so they had plenty of space to dry.
    2. Let your greens dehydrate for a full day, or until you notice they are nice and dry.
    3. When they are ready, place them in a bowl and ground them by hand. You can also turn them into a powder with your coffee or spice & nut grinder.
    4. Store your powder in the fridge or in your pantry and use it to spice up any meal you’d like.
