It’s zesty, a little spicy, tangy & it’s sure to delight your palate! Ingredients: ⅓ daikon radish, shredded ⅕ cup fiesta radish microgreens Creamy Sesame Dressing: 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds 2 tbsp vegan mayo 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tsp braggs amino acids, or soy sauce 1 tsp toasted sesame oil Garnish: Nori, shredded Black sesame seeds Instructions: Prepare the dressing: Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until creamy and smooth. Add the shredded daikon radish and fiesta radish microgreens to a medium-sized bowl and gently mix to combine. Lightly toss with the sesame dressing then garnish with shredded nori and black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
