Each bite has a unique flavor and they taste even better dipped in a creamy yogurt sauce. They’re easy to make and are a great side or appetizer. Give these a try, you’ll love them! Ingredients: 2 large turnips, peeled and cut into large strips 1 tbsp avocado oil ½ tsp garlic ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper Creamy Yogurt Dip: ⅓ cup Greek yogurt ¼ cup turnip microgreens, chopped finely 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp ranch dip powder Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425° F. Add the turnip fries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the turnips with avocado oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper and mix well so that each turnip is well coated. Spread them out evenly on the baking sheet and place in the oven. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through. While the turnip fries cook, make the creamy yogurt dip. Place all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside. When the turnip fries are finished cooking, let them cool a little then serve on a platter with the creamy yogurt dip. Enjoy!
