Ingredients: 2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1 cup whole milk 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tsp Dijon mustard ¼ cup Hot & Peppery blend microgreens, very finely chopped 2 tbsp mild green chilis, optional ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, optional Instructions: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Then whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the whole milk and continue to whisk for 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. Add in the cheese, mustard, microgreens, green chilis and cayenne and whisk until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
